As part of DDOT’s cooperative agreement with the Howard University Transportation Research Center (HUTRC), DDOT engages full-time students as interns from universities in the DC Metropolitan Area to promote the advancement of engineering and policy research. HUTRC recruits the interns and manages the program on DDOT’s behalf.

Applicants for the internship positions must be in good standing at an accredited college or university and be enrolled full-time in a degree program related to the posted internship. For more information, check the 2016 DDOT Summer Internships Flyer

Available Positions:

 

Minimum GPA Requirement (on 4.0 scale):

  • Undergraduate: 2.5 GPA
